Treatment Advisor

**20-30 hrs a week (flexible)**:

**Your key duties will include**:

- Providing excellent customer service by having excellent communication and people skills.
- Optimising sales by building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Assisting and advising customers while upholding the high standards of our client’s brand.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to achieve set targets, including:

- Providing leadership and management to all clinic staff.
- Implementing practices and procedures in all aspects of clinic operation that ensures that the highest possible standards of customer service are maintained.
- Ensuring all clinic policies and procedures are adhered to.

**To be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes**:

- Confident and have an approachable attitude to sales conversations.
- Enjoy working in a small and supportive team environment.
- A high degree of professionalism in both conduct and appearance.
- The ability to adopt a knowledgeable and consultative approach with customers.
- Preferably, experience working in a sales environment or supporting a sales team.
