**Ko tō tūranga - your role**:
Come join our high performing Legal & Regulatory team where you will provide a broad range of legal services to Vodafone New Zealand. In this role you will build great internal relationships and be a trusted advisor through increasing capability and innovation within the LRS team and the wider business. You’ll be supported and enabled by a highly collaborative team that will have your back and is constantly looking for ways to do things smarter and sharper. This role can be based out of our Auckland and Wellington offices.

**Ko tō mahi - what you’ll do**:

- Operating as a trusted business partner to client at all levels of our organisation. Working creatively, flexibly and building strong relationships of trust and confidence with key stakeholders.
- Advising on a wide range of opportunities and challenges faced by our business: anything and everything.
- Supporting revenue generating activities, which could include service contracts, wholesale agreements, technology procurement, ensuring consumer law compliance, supporting service, plan or product changes and more.
- Assisting with Vodafone’s response to regulatory investigations and enquiries.
- Developing improved processes and greater team effectiveness and empowering the teams we support to self-serve.
**Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract position.**

We especially want to hear from lawyers with backgrounds in consumer and competition law, technology contracting and corporate law - but we’ll consider a range of experience. - Strong legal knowledge and experience (at least 3 years PQE), openness, a growth mind-set and willingness to confidence.
