**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Foreperson, your role is to supervise the team and organise the day to day activities to ensure we meet the customers' expectations.
- Day to day supervision of crew members and sub-contractors on site
- Ensure production targets are met.
- Oversee construction and plan general activities
- Make sure the work meets the high quality standards
- Lead by example and display proactive attitudes towards safety in the workplace

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years' experience in civil construction
- Experience as a Foreperson
- Current Class 1 driver's licence and W,T & R Preferred
- Ability to speak up if something isn't right
- Ability to plan ahead
- Positive attitude
- Team player and good team building skills
- Physically fit and well
