The STMS position is a site-based role. You will attend site with the crew to support the delivery of works and be responsible for undertaking general duties as directed by the foreperson with a focus on safety, quality, and the environment.
- Site Hazard and risk identification
- Control the activities and the operations of crews
- Onsite housekeeping and compliance
- General labouring tasks

- This role requires a self-starter who is self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
- You will possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new skills, and an ability to get on with a range of people and personalities in a team environment
- Good verbal communication skills are essential
- This role requires an individual who is prepared to listen to and follow instructions, undertake work as directed, and follow and adhere to healthy safe work practices at all time
- A Class 2 drivers’ licence
