We are looking for a keen, curious individual who is passionate about data driven customer engagement - this is a great opportunity to make your impact on Z’s customer journeys and experiences.
**This role can be based in either Auckland or Wellington.**
**You will have the opportunity to**
- Use data to push boundaries and develop personalised and innovative experiences for our customers and their life cycles
- Recommend solutions that will enable us to continue to evolve our use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create data extensions and targeted audiences for key business use cases
- Influence and mentor the team to develop cutting-edge automation techniques.
- Keep up to date with key developments within Salesforce and being a champion within Z for Marketing Cloud
- Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their needs, use cases and the pain points they are seeking to address

**Qualifications**

**What you’ll bring to Z**
- A career history in marketing automation preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with database marketing and data driven customer experiences
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS and AMP Script
- Solid understanding of the out-of-the box functionality of Marketing Cloud
- Ability to coach, train and support users of Marketing Cloud to bring them on the journey
- Sound communication and comprehension skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with developers

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus 15% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross
