What will you do?

In this Auckland-based position you will be supporting our local, global Communication & Stakeholder Engagement team where you will play an integral role in the delivery of consulting services to public and private clients, such as Waka Kotahi and Auckland Transport. We work across a range of markets within Aotearoa New Zealand including transport, land and water, energy and built environment.

_bring ideas to life_- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement communication and stakeholder engagement strategies and plans across the lifecycle of projects and programs- Develop and use a wide range of traditional and innovative communication tools- Deliver exceptional service to our clients

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. This opportunity may suit experienced individuals with a relevant tertiary qualification from a range of professional profiles, however communication & stakeholder engagement experience is essential.

To be successful in this position you will ideally have:
- A passion for engaging communities and stakeholders- Excellent organisational and communication skills, including exceptional writing skills for a wide range of audiences- An ability to communicate complex ideas in plain English- Well-developed skills to manage competing deadlines while delivering quality outcomes- A love for working as part of a team with a passion for client experience- Experience within government agency, consulting engineering or other exposure to the infrastructure industry- Understanding and experience of Te Ao Māori would be highly desirable
