We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to develop, deliver and report on a project about tauira Māori engagement with the Career Development Centre.

In this role you will dig deep into the student voice, to hear what excellence in careers service delivery might look like across all student groups. With these findings you will engage with students and University staff to design processes and make recommendations to support improvements aimed at achieving enhanced delivery of the career content for tauira Māori across the University.

This would be an ideal role for a student or recent graduate.

- We are looking for someone who:

- Has a good understanding of the University of Otago from a student perspective.
- Has knowledge of and is at ease with observing tikanga Māori.
- Has the ability to work confidently with Māori staff and tauira Māori of the University.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

This position is fixed term (up to 150 hours over the duration of the contract), the hours/days of work are flexible.
