We are on the hunt for an experienced Office Manager, Personal Assistant or Administrator to support one of New Zealand’s successful property development and investment companies for up to 6 weeks.

**Here are just a few of the key things you will be doing**:

- Managing the front reception area from incoming calls to greeting clients
- Managing the corporate events calendar
- Assistance with presentations, letters, proposals, board papers and marketing collateral
- Diary Management, travel bookings & expenses coordination
- Ad hoc administrative duties

- Experience coordinating and supporting a team
