**We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX designer with a passion for crafting connected, convenient and accessible customer experiences. You’ll work through design problems from discovery to delivery, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts that form new features and experiences, and designing the detailed workflows and interactions to bring them to life. As a senior leader in our Experience Design Chapter, you’ll coach and collaborate with other designers to improve design capability and quality.

This role is part of our Customer Experience Practice, which includes design, UX research, and content. You’ll be joining a fun and supportive team that celebrates unique perspectives, continuous improvement, and learning and development.

**About the role | Mō te Tūranga
You’ll be responsible for:

- Contributing to the experience vision and strategy for your product or service space, and partnering with your Product Owner to inform and evolve the product roadmap
- Identifying and prioritising design opportunities and articulating UX outcomes
- Leading design thinking activities to drive customer and business goals
- Leading the UX research and design process for propositions, experiences and journeys from discovery through to delivery
- Running discovery research, workshops, co-design sessions and design sprints to align on problems to be solved, and inform the value/complexity trade-offs in potential solutions to drive final solution design
- Creating UX artefacts such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, sketches and interactive prototypes, through to high-fidelity, production-ready UI and visual designs Communicating design decisions to achieve buy-in and bring others along on the journey
