We are seeking an administration superstar who is proactive, highly motivated, competent and organised to join our Clinical Coding team as a Clinical Coding Administration Assistant. This role will be providing comprehensive administration support for our clinical coding team who provide a timely and accurate clinical coding function for Te Whatu Ora - Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley District. This is a fast paced and agile position, suiting someone who can take ownership of the role, learn quickly and think on their feet. Communication and attention to detail is essential in order to succeed in this position.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and good rapport with clients
- High level of English comprehension with excellent written and oral communication skills

- Flexible, proactive and adaptablePrevious experience in health administration or records management experience would be advantageous
