**The Opportunity**

We're currently looking for a self-motivated and diligent IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in our manufacturing facility in Christchurch, New Zealand

Reporting into the Workspace Collaboration and EUS Manager in Sydney, this role will support GF's collaboration systems and how we align with user needs. The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of technical services to the GF Workplace. This includes working with vendor partners, ANZIT team members and service users to ensure IT services defined by statements of work and service level agreements are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage desktop/laptop device refresh for up to 200 devices annually, but not limited to.
- Understand the EUC services provided by the outsourced service provider (OSP) and when required provide support to the OSP to ensure delivery of BAU Activities
- Carry out additional activities when the contractual obligations of the OSP would lead to an unacceptable degradation in service to GF's business.
- Perform site visits as required and directed by GFIT Management either for project or service improvement activities.
- Works closely with the business and GFIT teams involved in projects from all aspects of technology and solutions, including office and site moves but not limited to
- Triage and support staff Walk-up's to ensure internal customers are assisted with requests
- Maintain and support Zoom Video Conferencing for NZ
- Support to business with office relocations and shuffling of staff
- Provide End User service consisting of both telephone and customer facing support

**What you need**:

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Onsite Desktop and Telephony performing a Level 2 support role
- Experience with Customer / Service Desk support
- Windows Operating systems
- Meeting Room Technologies
- ITIL V3 and above
- Level 1 Networking and technologies
- Experience with support of Apple iPhone\iPad devices within the Corporate environment
- Experience with administration and support of Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with UEM technologies, like SCCM, Ivanti, Manage Engine
- Experience supporting MS Teams and Office 365 Applications
- Basic Windows / PowerShell Scripting skills
- Mobile Phone Technologies
- Strong Analytical skills / issue management skills
