Based in Wellington, New Zealand, we are best known for our work on The Lord of the Rings, Avatar and the Planet of the Apes franchise. We've recently finished work on a number of projects including the second season of Netflix's Umbrella Academy, Mulan and Zack Snyder's upcoming Justice League.

**Role Purpose**:

Working closely with our Crew Committees and Networks and crew from right across the Studio and externally, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager will continue to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture for all our crew.

**Principle Accountabilities (Key Duties & Responsibilities)**
- Leads initiatives that promote and grow diversity in the workplace and supports positive workplace behaviour.
- Develops and delivers a variety of activities and educational opportunities related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Drives the implementation of the Studio DE&I Strategy.
- Partners with DE&I crew committees to deliver DE&I supporting initiatives

We are looking for someone who has a real passion for diversity and inclusion, has excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills. This will be a role based in Wellington, New Zealand and will require the successful applicant to be on-site.
