Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be joining a very cohesive and friendly team where you will be given on the job training and opportunities to advance within the network. This is a full-time position with flexibility to be located in New Zealand or Sydney (hybrid model).

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Responsible for all payroll transactions - maintaining and processing end to end fortnightly and monthly payruns through Preceda
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and coding, and on-time delivery in accordance with the I-MED payroll schedule
- Leave reconciliations
- Manage the setup of new employees, and Terminated employees in Preceda, in accordance with legislation
- Ensure tax reports and statutory payments are reviewed, submitted and paid
- Keeping up to date with current and future payroll legislation
- Provide high level support to the business
- The ability to work to tight deadlines

**Key selection criteria**:

- 5+ years end to end New Zealand payroll experience in a medium to large company.
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Moderate excel skills
- The ability to work autonomously along with supportive team player qualities
- Experience working with Preceda and Kronos is highly regarded
