**Description**:
A bit about your role
We are looking for a superstar who has the ability to troubleshoot, fix and remedy a wide range of IT problem supporting our customer systems through tickets, over the phone or face to face.
This hybrid Service Desk and Field services role will be working remotely or from our client’s sites, where you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and responding to IT related issues as they arise within our client’s IT environment. You will also be key in building rapport and relationships within the client’s userbase and key stakeholders.
It’s all about taking the pain out of working in a technology driven environment by delivering timely, concise, and cohesive solutions which reduces downtime and maximise workplace efficiencies. You will manage incidents and service requests as a team to ensure service level agreements (SLA’s) are met.
This role is a key frontline position which involves professional, desktop, and in-person delivery of IT support to our enterprise client’s infrastructure.
**Skills and Experiences**:
What we are looking for
You enjoy working in a hybrid Service Desk and Field Services function with proven experience performing in a similar role.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience operating in a dynamic, enterprise environment with hands on experience working with tools and technologies like Active Directory (AD), Microsoft SCCM, MS Exchange, O365, and Modern desktop.
Having ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL environment will be a plus. Including your experience in IT Service Management platforms preferably Ivanti or ServiceNow are nice to have.

While your excellent communication skills, coupled with your pleasing personality and proven customer-centric and high standards will be valuable to your success.
Please note that we are hiring for both permanent and independent contractor positions and that you must have full New Zealand work rights. This role will also involve some travel to Rotorua, Hamilton and at times in Taupo area.
