Right now, we need a standout People & Performance Advisor. Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, you’ll be part of a small high-performing team whose aim is to pump out trusted solutions to the clubs and help deliver outstanding service to our 12 clubs around the country, and ultimately our 50,000 members.

Are you a confident HR Coordinator, ready to take the next step into an Advisor role? This opportunity comes with the ability to really make a difference and develop skills across a broad scope of HR generalist aspects. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative and systems support to the people team and wider business across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development and employment relations. We have several exciting people projects that you can play a key role in to stretch and grow your experience. You’ll be a highly motivated team player committed to helping power the heart of our culture, our people.

We’re looking for:

- 4+ years in an HR administrative role
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or business and a sound understanding of New Zealand employment law
- Experience using & supporting an HRIS, ideally Cornerstone
- Experience supporting onboarding & recruitment and training managers on these processes
- A passion & professionalism to deliver outstanding customer service
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and communicate clearly
- A fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle
- This role is full-time for 40 hours per week with a hybrid work environment. Our team is passionate and relentless in the pursuit of health and wellness. We expect the best from ourselves and others and we make sure we have fun along the way.
