With 12 clubs nationwide and a vibrant community of around 50,000 members seeking daily doses of inspiration and guidance, we are on the lookout for an exceptional, inspiring individual to fill the pivotal role of National Group Fitness Manager, based at our Les Mills National Office in the Auckland CBD.

As our National Group Fitness Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our Group Fitness initiatives to new heights. Our members look to us for inspiration and exceptional fitness experiences, and you’ll be pivotal in making it all happen.

As the leader of our Group Fitness management team, you’ll report to the Head of Fitness and guide our 12 Group Fitness Managers across Aotearoa to implement Group Fitness innovations into the business successfully. You will be developing and executing the Group Fitness Training calendar and staying ahead of the game by keeping informed of global trends in Group Fitness via research and relationships with key players in the market.

To excel in this role, you should ideally have:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a solid Group Fitness Instructor across multiple Group Fitness programmes
- Over 5 years leading a successful Group Fitness department
- Mastery in developing and managing training
- Proficiency in crafting impactful plans and budgets
- Natural consulting skills and possess the ability to engage and persuade others
- A track record of nurturing high-performance individuals and teams
- Organisation skills that make planning look like art
