Right now, we need an on-to-it Senior Receptionist & Club Support to join our team at Les Mills Auckland City.

You will be part of our kick-ass reception team and as a senior member of the team, you’ll cover Duty Manager shifts and responsibilities. You will be the face of Les Mills, the first and last point of contact for our members - please don’t follow them home. If you’re looking for a career in fitness, this is a great way to get started. You should be able to multitask in a full-on environment and be sharper than Siri when responding to member enquiries.

You will ideally:

- Have experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love working with people and being part of team that has each other’s backs
- Have great confidence when meeting new people
- Be immaculately groomed and be fastidious about maintaining an ordered workspace
- Have your own fitness story and be passionate about health and wellness
- Our team is passionate and relentless in the pursuit of health and wellness. We expect the best from ourselves and others.

This role is full time and requires shifts right across the week including weekends, evenings, opening and closing the gym. But hey, once you’ve found your bliss, the hours are irrelevant, right?
