**2x Afghan Cuisine Kitchenhands**

We are looking for 2 self-motivatedworkers to take up Afghan Cuisine Kitchenhand positions at our restaurant in Auckland.

In this position you will be mainly responsible for cleaning the kitchen, preparing and storing food, assisting the chef for cooking Afghan cuisine when required.

Key tasks of the position will include:
- Prepare food materials
- Wash and clean utensils and dishes
- Clean benches, floors and other kitchen areas
- Dispose of rubbish
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitary
- Implement all hygiene and health and safety requirement
- Assist the chef in the prepration and cooking of food as required

To be successful in this role you willneed to:

- preferably hold relevantcommercial kitchen experience with knowledge of Afghan cuisine, but not essential as training can be provided
- Flexibility to work full time including weekends and public holidays
- Health and Safety conscious
- Ability to deliver exceptional service standards
