Queenstown, New Zealand Educating Adventures Full time

Summary:
You will be responsible for managing school tours to a range of destinations for schools and teachers who are based in NZ, Australia or the UK. You will be working with schools who have confirmed a trip with us and will be the client’s main contact throughout their pre-trip process, managing all aspects of their group tour, including booking trip components, financial reconciliation, and providing advice and appropriate documentation.

We operate tours to New Zealand, the USA, Europe, Asia and South America.

This is a very busy role with lots on the go. You will need to be able to juggle several different tasks as we work towards a successful trip planning process and exemplary customer experience.

You should have:

- Proven experience in a similar or related industry
- Proven ability at customer relations and client retention
- Attention to detail and accuracy of information handling
- Fantastic time management and the ability to effectively prioritize your workload
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a bonus
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software
- Experience travelling to our school tour destinations is a plus (but not essential)
- Able to legally work in NZ and be based in Queenstown long-term
