Despatch Coordinator

20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 1.30 pm - 5.30 pm

We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team based at our branch in Queenstown.

**The role**

Your key responsibilities will be to provide excellence in customer services for Waste Management’s customer-base, by answering customer enquiries/requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring, and signing off run sheets and coordinating drivers. Building strong customer relationships as well as proactively identifying and informing customers of any operational delays will play an integral part in this role.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers. You are customer-centric, a strong relationship builder, flexible, have high attention to detail and good time management. Experience in using MS Office, especially Word and Excel is also essential for this role.

In this part-time role, you will be responsible for filling in during annual leave, and sick leave. You must be able to commit to occasionally working full-time hours.
