We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Senior Service Designer to hit the ground running in a dynamic, fast paced programme of work. As well as having a strong technical service design tool kit you will have a process and business analyst background, have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and be flexible, resilient and self driven. Skills, Experience Required

  • Demonstrated expertise in service design, CX, or experience strategy, with strong analytical and process-mapping skills, preferably in utility sectors or multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proven ability to design services end-to-end, integrating people, processes, and technology.
  • Experience mapping and simplifying existing processes and systems, translating operational complexity into clear documentation and actionable improvements.
  • Comfortable balancing design discipline with business analysis-style problem solving.
  • Skilled facilitator able to run co-design, mapping, and ideation workshops with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong visual-communication skills (journey maps, blueprints, storyboards).
  • Understanding of digital channels, CRM, and data-driven service improvement.
  • Experience aligning design work with change-management and communications activities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills able to align technical, operational, and customer priorities.
  • Experience applying inclusive-design and accessibility principles.
