Based front of house at our head office, Wellington’s Z Shed this role is an integral part of our Employee Experience team delivering an exceptional experience by showing manaakitanga to Z staff, customers, suppliers, and our office visitors.
This includes supporting the coordination and implementation of office wide initiatives, wowing our Z guests and staff by going the extra mile to ensure all their meeting, event and office requirements are delivered and working with our suppliers to make it super simple for our people to deliver their best work.
This is a part-time role working 30 hours a week across Monday to Thursday or Friday. Key hours in this role are 8am to 3pm but we are open to what works for us and for you.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Being Z’s first point of contact for our visitors and staff and managing the front office experience
- Delivering an exceptional experience to staff, customers, guests and suppliers by going the extra mile
- Supporting the coordination and administration of office experience activities, including work environment, office consumables, fleet, cleaning and facilities management operations
- Working Tū Kotahi Side by Side to provide a welcoming experience to new starters, including associated administrative tasks
- Manage purchasing responsibilities to ensure Purchase Orders are created and receipted by month end

- Experience in administration and coordination
- Fantastic communication skills to be able to balance the needs and priorities of multiple stakeholders
- Ongoing drive for continuous improvement to impart efficiencies
- Geneiune reason and commitment to working part-time (30 hours per week)
- A good level of fitness as this role requires setting up meeting rooms

The full time equivalent base salary range for this role is $64,600 to $76,000 per annum. This will be pro-rated for the 30 hours worked. Plus 10% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
