**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

This Data Entry position entails working closely with the Accounts Team within the Finance Department, to ensure accurate information is entered into the system. This role requires you to work as a part of a team to ensure invoices are processed within a timely manner. This is a 6-month fixed term, full time role. This role is based in the CDHB Corporate office in central Christchurch. We are ideally looking for someone who has excellent data entry skills and is able to pick up processes and systems quickly.
- Data entry
- Processing invoices
- Adhere to internal controls
- Ad hoc support to the Accounts Team
- Work collaboratively to ensure timelines are met

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the manaaki hauora (Health Industry) and wants to contribute in a meaningful way. To be successful in this role, you should be adaptable, resilient and have a willingness to learn. This role would be suitable for someone who is looking for some experience in accounts functions.

This role requires the following:

- Data entry and typing skills (50 - 70 WPM)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interpersonal skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Oracle or other Finance Systems)
- Ability to work collaboratively
