We are a busy dairy store in the heart of Napier, offering a wide range of groceries, drinks, frozen yogurt, ice cream, chicken & chips (hot food). We're seeking a skilled and proactive Store Manager to manage operations and lay the foundation for future team growth. This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of a thriving business and lead it toward its next stage of development.full time job position available 30 to 40 hours.

As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. Currently, there is no team, but you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team in the future. Your duties will include:

- Managing the operations and menu offerings, including hot food and snacks, while looking for ways to improve.
- Organizing and managing stock purchasing in line with sales patterns and budget.
- Setting pricing for food items to meet business goals.
- Keeping detailed records of stock levels, financial transactions, and sales.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Gathering customer feedback and using it to maintain high service standards.
- Preparing for future team recruitment, training, and management.
