**Northern Region New Installation Sales Representative**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
Schindler Lifts NZ has an exciting role available to join our Auckland team as a New Installation (NI) Sales Representative. Reporting into our Head of New Installations and Modernisation, you will be responsible for managing and maximising our sales portfolio across the Northern Region of New Zealand.

The job holder will foster, promote and support good relationships with existing Schindler customers in line with The Schindler Values and develop new customers.

The job holder will assist the National Business Development Manager NI/Mods in setting NI Sales budgets.

They will monitor NI Sales against budget and highlight variances on a monthly basis.

They will monitor: the market, existing customer base and identify and follow up on sales opportunities. Employ a variety of market intelligence and tools to identify sales opportunities e.g. Consultants, Market Statistics, Communication, Technical Database, Correspondence, Customer Sastisfaction etc,.

The job holder will prepare and submit tenders within the limits and per the current Schindler Sales Policy.

Whilst not directly responsible for project management, it is anticipated that the NI Representative will maintain contact with the client/contractor in areas outside Auckland through to hand-over of the project. This may include some project management functions.

- Strong proven technical sales experience across Engineering, Industrial or Construction
- Proven sales experience
- Full, Clean New Zealand Drivers License or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail coupled with good time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
