Health NZ is split into four regions: Northern, covering the north of the North Island, Te Manawa Taki, covering Waikato and the midland districts, Central | Ikaroa, covering the lower North Island and Te Waipounamu, covering the South Island.

Our Northern region, the largest and most diverse, serves nearly two million people across urban and rural communities. It includes four districts: Te Tai Tokerau Northland, Waitemata, Te Toka Tumai Auckland, and Counties Manukau.

We're seeking a proactive Regional Reporting and Variance Analysis Lead to enhance integrated financial and non-financial reporting across the Northern Region and Districts. You have a proven record in designing and streamlining financial management processes, as well as implementing self-service financial management systems that make information more accessible and efficient.
