Due to the continued growth and success of our global team, **we are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our Napier team. **Our Napier office is where our Product and Engineering and Product teams are based, and it's also the spot where Re-Leased was founded back in 2012. **Your Role**

Reporting into our ICT Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our global internal team by resolving their IT challenges remotely and in person within Re-Leased. You will help to build and manage systems and processes for our global team to ensure everyone continues to use our assets effectively and efficiently.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Day to day management of ICT support helpdesk tickets
- Working with our international team, and when required, our global ICT Providers to arrange and provide support to our team globally
- ICT Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
- Ordering hardware and maintaining asset lists
- Trouble shooting and maintenance of hardware fleet
- Working with IT Team on projects and continual improvement

**Your Experience**
- Previous Helpdesk and Support Experience in a similar role
- Previous Microsoft 365 Administration Experience
- Experience supporting a range of cloud-based services
- Good understanding of network concepts and protocols
- Experience with trouble shooting a range of hardware
- Advantageous - Apple and IOS experience
