**The Opportunity**
Our Service Desk team is looking for an exceptional Service Desk Coordinator to keep things moving for the IS team and the wider organisation. The team is instrumental in providing world class technical support and an experienced, organised Service Desk Coordinator can take them a step further.
**Some of the key tasks that you will be responsible for are**:
The role is fast-paced, and you will be at the forefront of every request and query that comes through. Every request comes with a sense of urgency; your responses will have to be timely and prompt, be it diversion, escalation or incident logging. You will have prior experience of working in a similar role, where your time management and organisational skills have been put to test.
Every day will bring a new challenge, juggling multiple tasks whilst maintaining a cool demeanour. You will be part of a fabulous team who have lots of fun together and work cohesively to deliver to a high standard. Additionally, having supply chain procurement and delivery process knowledge will be advantageous. It's never ‘all work and no play. The team is the hub of diversity, and you will make a wonderful addition to the team.
