**The Role**:
The Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator ANZ ensures operational efficiency across all Supply ANZ by providing customer service, administrative and transactional support to all supply chain ANZ roles.

This role is the critical connection across the ANZ supply chain team. Reviewing, allocating and executing time sensitive day to day tasks is essential to deliver supply chain services to the wider company (internal customers) and customers (external).

You will thrive on being the primary point of contact for Supply Chain ANZ being responsible for driving the provision of exceptional service to internal and external customers.

You will provide guidance on priorities based on customer information and provide prompt escalation when required. You will be a champion with using your regular proactive communication and customer service skills to clearly manage expectations, progress updates and ensure everyone is on the same page.

This is a multi-functional role that will cover most aspects of supply chain and will be pivotal in reviewing current documented procedures, You will have a yearning for continuous improvement and will be geared towards making recommendations for change that can deliver efficiencies and making procedures even more effective.

**Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Review and allocate tickets - Ensure all tasks and queries received into the Supply Chain team are promptly responded to and resolved or allocated appropriately with clear instructions
- Manage Customer (Internal and External) expectations of timeframes
- Set automated rules where possible and review to ensure they are operating effectively
- Escalate unresolved matters as required
- Support the Supply Chain ANZ team by executing required transactions efficiently and accurately through the system, ensuring processes are followed and stakeholders are informed of progress as required
- Manage and resolve system errors, resolve situations causing errors and ensure transactions are successfully processed
- Categorise the different system errors an provide insight so proactive correction can be executed to avoid future errors
- Continuous improvement - Understanding required tasks and resources required to complete different functions of the ANZ supply chain team to be able to identify efficiencies
- Review processes and make recommendations for change or system improvements to make a positive impact on the supply chain team operating efficiency
- Customer Experience is an essential part of this role as the primary contact of the supply chain team to deliver exceptional customer service and create an excellent customer experience.
- Communicating clearly, proactively and ensure all stakeholders receive the right level of information in an appropriate time frame.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the sales support team to ensure the best possible results are delivered for customers

**Does this sound like you?**
- Tertiary qualifications in purchasing, logistics or inventory management would be highly desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working in a Supply Chain position
- Previous customer service and administration experience within a Supply Chain position
- Previous interpersonal and relationship building skills that can be utilised when dealing with different levels across the organisation
- Exceptional organisational communication (verbal and written) and attention to detail skills
- Previous experience working with a customer service management platform would be highly desirable but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
