Te Uru Rauhi, Mental Health and Addiction Services have an exciting opportunity for experienced and enthusiastic **Mental Health and Addiction Social Worker**.

Mental Health and Addictions Services at MidCentral are moving towards a wellness and recovery-focused approach that encourages interconnectedness socially, spiritually, physically and environmentally and encompasses the aspirations to achieve ‘WAIORA' flourishing individuals, whānau, and communities. This **new service model delivery approach** will support the achievement of whānau whaiora.

The Social Worker will be a member of Community Mental Health and Addiction Services in our **newly developing Specialist Primary Services** across our three districts of Horowhenua, Manawatu and Tararua. The home base for this role in in our Palmerston North locality.
- A registered social worker
- Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate

- Have excellent written and interpersonal skills
