**Overview**
This business is an organically focused NZ food producer; they are pioneering in their farming operation whilst also committed and passionate about their product. Having navigated the market from an entry level position over 10 years ago, evolving into a nationwide distributed operation, they remain focused on delivering quality product and grafting channels for further growth. Commercial achievements are well supported by a company focus on sales, service and sustainability.
**Position**
Operating within a dynamic relationship selling environment with a strong portfolio of clients, this is a wide-reaching role requiring commercial expertise to navigate multiple key stakeholders needs to achieve business results. A combination of customer centric activity with typical strategic planning, pipeline management and reporting, you will also contribute to new business initiatives. Requiring agility, at times it is a tactical position growing a regionally based segment.
**Person**
Characteristically, you will have sound commercial acuity and are experienced in managing large key accounts, evolving, and driving towards commercial outcomes. Collaborative and forward thinking are the attributes that align to your peers enabling this company to continually develop in a sustainable, progressive way. Being curious and action oriented have contributed to your success to date. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you are comfortable negotiating across all levels, creating purposeful, cohesive relationships. Navigating through sales cycles and territory management whilst constantly realising commercial opportunities to support the company’s growth strategy.
