**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
Join UC's Facilities Management team and help keep our $1.4 billion asset portfolio running safely, smoothly, and sustainably.
You will be responsible for:
- Implementing and administering planned maintenance tasks and reporting on costs, schedules, and performance in our Integrated Work Management System (Planon)
- Coordinating with multiple trades to deliver timely, compliant and high-quality work
- Work closely with the FM Helpdesk team, and provide backup when required, ensuring timely responses to mechanical, electrical, building, and cleaning service requests
- Supporting project administration, asset operations reporting, and data cleansing and coordinating asset data
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance delivery and processes.
**Mōu | Who You Are**
You will have at least 10+ years' experience managing or administering a comprehensive planned maintenance system or equivalent, as well be able to demonstrate:
- A high-level numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Project, Word)
- Proven ability to analyse financial and project information, including experience creating invoices, purchase orders and accurately reconcile data
- A proactive, detail-focused, and highly organised approach
- Hands on experience managing relationships with multiple trades
