**The Role**:
This is a key role that will ensure work on the Christchurch Road Maintenance Contract is delivered safely and efficiently.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supervise cyclic and maintenance crews to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently
- Programme daily and weekly activities, organising equipment and material to undertake the work
- Take ownership of crew H&S and review regularly and provide feedback to Foreman and crew
- Programme and manage the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Assess sites in consultation with Delivery Engineers and the Programme and Planning Manager to plan work activities and allocate resources.
- Undertake Pre-start toolbox with crew covering methodology and productivities.
- Build a strong relationship with your crew, subcontractors and suppliers

**About you**:

- Experience managing work crews, ideally on rural road maintenance contracts
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A focus on delivering work safely to meet the expectations of the client and the community
- Class 1 licence
