This is an opportunity to lead a team through an exciting move, and an opportunity to manage and focus on continuous improvement.
The Coroner's Court is soon to move into a new building in central Auckland (it is envisaged the team, along with the Coroner's will be there for three years. This opportunity is much more that moving an office, you will lead the development of the team culture, you will manage the continuous improvement agenda.
While you will have experience in leading change, this is a good opportunity to support to a great team move to a new environment while support our ongoing improvement work.
You will be part of the senior leadership and you will be supported to hone your skills in change and improvement, while also managing a busy office.
The new work environment is amazing with ‘end of journey (e.g. biking to work)' facilities such as showers, on-site coffee shop for the tenants of the building, lots of natural light
