**About the role**

The Contract Coordinator is a 6 month fixed term contract role where you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to the grocery regulation implementation project.

You will be:

- Providing a highly organised administrative support function to deliver the grocery supplier agreement
- Coordinating the contract document process in conjunction with the merchandise and legal teams
- Preparing all documents and maintaining the centralized document repository
- Assisting, organising and coordination of the distribution of supplier agreements
- Refining processes and procedures as they evolve, documenting and communicating them to the wider team
- Leading and managing a number of key processes which impact suppliers enabling FSNI to comply with government regulatory requirements

**About you**

You’ll have a strong track record in an administrative support function preferably in legal or medium to large enterprises and be process orientated with robust document management and organisational skills.

You’ll also have:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook, and ideally experience with Cloud based software
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with routine tasks
- Excellent planning and communication skills - both written and verbal, with a great ability to collaborate with others and effectively manage deadlines and expectations
- Ability to effectively manage your time and meet deadlines, maintain relationships and support your immediate team, key stakeholders and the Merchandise Team
- A flexible approach and be able respond to incoming or urgent requests and prioritise appropriately
