**Qualifications**
You are:

- A **people person** with a bright, outgoing personality—experience isn’t essential; your passion for people is what matters most
- Someone who thrives in a **diverse environment**, able to confidently interact with guests from all walks of life, even if English isn't their first language
- Eager to be part of something bigger, representing Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport and our values with pride
- ** Committed** to delivering 5-star service, going the extra mile to make every guest feel like they belong
- While experience in a Reception/Front Office role, or experience in Hotels or hospitality is preferred, we value personality, commitment and a positive attitude above all
