Geneva Health provides specialised recruitment consultancy, Deaf and support services and rehabilitation programmes, offering a wide choice of disability support services tailored to individual needs.

We are seeking a passionate individual to support young people and adults to engage in activities they enjoy and creating a caring and supportive environment. You will be responsible for helping these individuals achieve their goals and aspirations through activities on a one to one or group basis. This is a physical hands on role that requires communication skills, planning and an ability to work independently with clients in a variety of activities.

**About The Role**

We currently have a part-time opportunity available. The hours will be 8:30am - 3pm. You must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. We are flexible around how many days. This could be an excellent opportunity for a student looking for a dynamic and interesting role whilst studying

This role pays in line with level two on the Support Worker Pay Equity framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and delivery of the day services, aligning activities with both individual and group goals/interests
- Engaging with the people we support on an individual level
- Complete relevant documentation and individual plans
- Effectively manage a caseload of people using our services

**About You**:

- Previous experience in the disability/healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential
- Understanding the significance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Energetic and passionate about helping others to achieve their goals
- Innovative ideas and creative design
- **Current Full NZ Drivers Licence**
