Mōu - About You
You're a confident Tests Automation analyst as well as the ability to work closely and develop relationships with, a wide range of people both within the team and across the wider MPI business.

**Your experience and skills will include**:

- Designing and developing Test Automation scripts with working knowledge of UI and API level test automation tools (Test Complete, Ready API, Cypress.io, BDD test Tools etc)
- Curiosity to learn new tools/ test frameworks
- Programming language and scripting with understanding CI/CD process.
- Requirement analysis, test design, test execution, defect tracking and reporting.
- Excellent problem solving, issue identification and technical documentation skills
- Ability and confidence to operate as a sole automation tester, if required.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members and be a go to person for Test Automation
- Knowledge of performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter desirable

This position is part of a newly established Systems Assurance team within MPI's Business Technology and Information Services (BTIS) directorate. BTIS's role is to help MPI's business units to deliver quality services to their sectors and stakeholders with the appropriate use of digital technology.
