- Tai-ranga-whenua is the team at Waikato Regional Council that helps connect our organisation with iwi, hapū, and whānau.
- We bring a Māori lens to planning, decision-making, and strategy - grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi, mātauranga Māori, and mana whakahaere.

**As our summer ākonga, you’ll**:

- Help improve how we store and manage iwi contact information.
- Support team projects and help keep our systems tidy and effective.
- Be part of a passionate and supportive Māori team.
- Gain real experience working across a large organisation.

- You’re studying at a tertiary level (or just finished).
- You’re great with detail and well organised.
- You communicate clearly and confidently.
- You’re comfortable using computer systems.
- You have some te reo Māori skills - or you’re keen to learn more.
- You care about te taiao, your people, and the future of our rohe.
