Te Puna Tahua, the Lottery Grants Board distributes millions of dollars to fund community projects every year. Any group or community will tell you how important this is, and the difference it can make for people.
Our Hāpai Hapori (Community Operations) team, is at the heart of this work. We have people across the motu, and they work with community groups to help them understand the support that's available and how funding can be accessed.
This role would suit an experienced advisor looking to take their next step, or someone looking for a new challenge.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- proven ability to create and deliver communications strategies
- experience of reaching multiple audiences, especially diverse communities, hapū and iwi
- the skills to create content for multiple channels
- experience of telling and pitching stories
- great organisational skills and the ability to manage a programme of activity
- great people skills and the ability to connect with teams across the organisation.

Knowledge of Te Ao Māori and how best to tailor approaches for connecting with iwi and Māori organisations would also be beneficial.
