Tyler Wren is working with a financial services firm to assist with recruiting an experienced Risk and Assurance Adviser. This position will assist with all day-to-day risk and compliance duties. As the Risk and Assurance Adviser, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive risk and compliance culture.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and assessment of key risk indicators, including engaging with data owners to collate data
- Assist with the planning and implementation of the internal compliance assurance programme, and carry out testing and documentation of key controls and processes
- Contribute to the incident management process
- Contribute to the risk and compliance components of ongoing reporting to the Management Team and the Board
- Assist with the continuous development and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, review risk registers, and liaise with business and policy owners
- Assist in the delivery and coordination of business continuity management processes
- Work and collaborate with the team and support all risk and compliance-related tasks
**About you**:
- 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Sound working knowledge and experience with risk domains, indicators and relevant frameworks
- Financial Services industry experience is essential
- You will have experience working with polices
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
