Our client has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced HR Contractor to cover a three month temporary assignment in a dynamic organisation where change is the operative word. They are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, and well-grounded in the scope of generalist HR practice, with plenty of experience to inform their decisions and guidance of senior managers.

You'll be tertiary qualified, have inside-out knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and regulations, and experience in the effective management of IR, ER and change. Your interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) will be top notch and your high EQ will enable you to relate to people in a range of situations.

Ideally, you'll be based in Rotorua, but able to travel to Tauranga when required. If you're a Tauranga local who is mobile and flexible for Rotorua based work, that's also an option

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
