Position Description

As Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Legal and Property team, ensuring that our facilities deliver for the needs of our community.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in the facilities or property sector, including experience with large and complex facilities portfolios with a community focus. Advanced skills and knowledge of vendor/contractor and procurement management is highly desirable, as is a sound technical and practical understanding of health and safety requirements. You will also be a strong collaborator - using your skills to motivate and influence others in the achievement of project objectives.

You will be supported in this busy and varied role by a small but dedicated Legal and Property team striving to ensure our community's facilities are safe, efficiently managed and fit for purpose.
