**We are looking for a Fully or Provisionally Licensed Immigration Adviser to add to our team.**
You will have full control over the visa and immigration process for your clients from start to finish, working on all visa types. You will be working in a supportive team environment where we consult on case management and share professional development activities. We will provide any training needed and have a strong administrative support structure in place.
We are a family-friendly business, with flexible working arrangements and hours. We do a mix of home and office-based work, and we would consider experienced Advisers working remotely. Our current staff have all spent time working from their home country at various points
While we are ideally looking for full-time employees, we have also had a great experience with people who started part time and gradually increased their hours over time.
You must have:
- Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. Ability in other languages would be welcomed.
- Good business or migrant networks and an ability to develop new business and convert an inquiry into a new client is important too - you will be managing your own client portfolio.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM
**If you are not already licensed,** we have a career development pathway for staff who are currently not licensed, and we would consider supporting the right person through the Graduate Diploma in NZ Immigration Advice and licensing process. NB trainees must have a Bachelor degree with IELTS 7 or higher with a minimum of 6.5 across all bands.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
