**Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role**
The Stakeholder & Relationships Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including RSE Industry representatives and employers, Government agencies (NZ & Pacific Labour Sending countries) Pacific Community Groups (nationally) to actively contribute to the success of the programme. The appointing salary for this role will be between $89,896 and $99,896, dependent on skills and experience. The Skills & Development Training Manager is based in our Business Relationship Unit | Te Pūkenga reporting to the RSE Operations Manager and will be responsible for:
- **Stakeholder Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, act as the primary point of contact, and represent the RSE Worker Training Programme at various meetings and events.
- **Stakeholder Engagement and Communication**: Lead the implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan, host quarterly SLG meetings, and ensure effective communication and issue resolution with stakeholders.
- **Cultural Competence and Training**: Ensure culturally competent skills training and development activities, design and deliver induction programs, and lead cultural humility professional development.
- **Travel and Compliance**: Travel within New Zealand and the Pacific Islands as required to meet RSE contract requirements and ensure the training programme aligns with cultural practices and compliance frameworks.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- **Educational Background and Cultural Competence**: A bachelor's degree in education and/or Pacific Studies, with a deep understanding and appreciation of Pasifika customs and protocols, and knowledge of Pacifica Cultural Intelligence frameworks.
- **Advocacy and Equity Focus**: Demonstrated practice in advocating for equity and prioritizing the needs of Pacific Peoples, with 2-3 years of experience in Pacific stakeholder engagement.
- **Communication and Networking Skills**: Excellent communication skills in both a Pasifika language and English, with proven experience in establishing relationships and networking.
- **Adult Learning and Quality Assurance**: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, assessment methodologies, and quality assurance frameworks, with a commitment to cultural safety in the working and learning environment.
