Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

The Program Delivery Manager will plan, organise and manage the national delivery of the Essential and Elective courses. This role ensures that the program is executed effectively and cost efficiently, meets contractual obligations and contributes to the success of the programme.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $80,000 and $90,000, dependent on skills and experience.

The Program Delivery Manager is based in our Business Relationship Unit | Te Pūkenga reporting to the RSE Operations Manager and will be responsible for:

- **Course Delivery and Administration**: Plan, arrange, and implement national course delivery schedules, manage recruitment and administration processes, and ensure compliance with EIT academic and institutional requirements.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with marketing and communications teams, and serve as the main point of contact for facilitators, employers, and stakeholders.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Ensure programs are developed within budget constraints, maintain costed workplans, and manage resources effectively.
- **General Responsibilities**: Comply with EIT policies and procedures, contribute to a healthy workplace, and undertake additional tasks as requested by the position manager.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- **Relevant Qualifications and Experience**: A Bachelor's degree in education administration, Pacific studies, or project management, along with 2-3 years of experience in logístical/project coordination and course/curriculum delivery.
- **Cultural Competence and Advocacy**: Deep understanding and appreciation of Pasifika customs and protocols, experience with Pacifica Cultural Intelligence frameworks, and a commitment to promoting equity and cultural safety.
- **Organizational and Communication Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication in both a Pasifika language and English, and proven networking abilities.
- **Knowledge of Educational Frameworks**: Understanding of the NZQF framework, vocational pathways, adult learning principles, assessment methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
