**Job Description** Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team. You will deliver high standard facilities work and reception support to the Vice-Chancellor’s Office, whilst being situated in the Clocktower or Alfred Nathan House. To work collaboratively and flexibly with the team in the delivery of services. You will also:

- Set up and maintenance of meeting rooms, Tea Bays, and the staff room.
- Arrange refreshments/catered food according to the daily schedules.
- Report to Property Services regarding any damage or works requiring attention, manage expectations regarding completion of works, and coordinate with department staff or manager.
- Assist with the maintenance of equipment within the designated spaces.
- Provide training to staff regarding the operation of equipment.

This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week role, on a permanent contract. The salary range is $48,615 - $56,100 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
