Senior Payroll Advisor

Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role Provide excellent end-to-end Payroll services to a diverse organisation with 24-hour scheduling across the country. This will include checking data integrity, reporting, reconciliation, ensuring appropriate sign-off and uploading payment files. As a Senior Payroll Advisor, you will be the first point of call for any escalated issues and will be highly involved in trouble shooting issues. Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role: Bring your experience in providing end to end payroll, along with your ability to share your knowledge and troubleshoot a variety of issues. You will be passionate about contributing to continual improvement within the team. It would be a huge advantage to have strong understanding of rostering systems, and experience in PSE.To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:
- Strong experience providing in house end to end payroll to a high standard
- Sound understanding of applicable NZ payroll legislation and holidays act
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Experience using payroll systems
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

The salary range for this role is $81,524 - $90,583 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.Ko wai mātou - who are we?
