**Your new role**
As Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate payroll advice and services to the organisation's managers and employees. You will ensure that employee information held within the HR information system is accurate and regularly maintained. Additionally, the role provides reporting and analysis as required, and contributes to the ongoing business improvement function of the People's Operations team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of three years’ experience working in a payroll environment
- Knowledge of the Holidays Act and other relevant employment legislation
- Knowledge of PAYE, ACC and IRD compliance
- Ability to handle sensitive information in the appropriate manner
- Proven ability to manage payroll and HRIS processes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
