Job Description

At our store, it's all about fostering a positive sales culture through continuous learning and growth. But wait, there's more In our fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment, you'll need to be as agile as a ninja. Think you can pivot quickly and stay ahead of the game? If you're nodding your head, then you're the kind of person we want on our team.

You'll be working 45 hour per week from Tuesday to Saturday - so Sundays and Mondays off

Qualifications

Ideally we are looking for someone who has;
- Proven significant management experience preferably within a retail environment
- Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
- Ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
- Resilience and adaptability, and able to drive change
